Who do you ship to?
We ship to 48 states in the continental United States! Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long will it take for me to get my package?
We ship super-fast. Sometimes we are even able to ship the same day, but not always. We reserve 48 hours to process all orders. This includes getting your order together, packaging it, and dropping it off at the post office. That can take longer during the busy holiday months.
We are located in Lawrenceville, GA, so the closer you are to us the sooner you will get your goodies. Some of our customers in Georgia have gotten their item the day after they ordered. I live in the Lawrenceville, GA area. Can I pick my items up from your store?
Absolutely! We offer in-store pick up. Pick up is a great option during the busy holiday season because it allows you to skip the lines and get your goodies as soon as you walk through the door. Plus, we would love to see you!
Does your online inventory reflect your shop inventory?
Yes! When we run out of a product or get a new product we try to update our online store as soon as possible.
How do you guys keep your candy from melting during the summer months?
No one likes melted candy! The solution? Ice packs! These ice packs usually last three to four days, which is about how long it will take your package to reach your house. During the summer months we try especially hard to get your package to you asap to avoid any kind of melting incidents.
If your candy melts in the mail we will make it right, so don’t stress about it!
What if what I received isn’t what I ordered?
Double check your order confirmation email first. If it doesn’t match the shipment and it is our mistake simply call us at 770-910-7927, or fill out the form on our contact page. We will be more than happy to talk to you and make it right. We are happy when you are!
What is your return Policy?
Due to the bulk of our items being perishable, and in compliance with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA policies), Nancy’s Candy & Spice does not accept any returns on our products. Edible items may NOT be returned unless you were shipped the incorrect items. If you have any concerns, please contact us right away! If something is wrong we will make it right.
Is purchasing from Nancy’s Candy & Spice safe?
Absolutely. We do not store your payment information. When you place an order with us, any information submitted is securely encrypted and stored on security servers. We will NEVER sell any of your information to third parties. We are a small business located in downtown Lawrenceville, GA and would not risk ruining your trust!
