We ship super-fast! Sometimes we are even able to ship the same day, but not always. We reserve 48 hours to process all orders. This includes getting your order together, packaging it, and dropping it off at the post office. This process can take longer during the busy holiday months.

We are located in Lawrenceville, GA, so the closer you are to us the sooner you will get your goodies. Some of our customers in Georgia have gotten their item two days after they ordered. The same order to California may take three or four days.

Due to the bulk of our items being perishable, and in compliance with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA policies), Nancy's Candy & Spice does not accept any returns on our products. If something goes wrong with your order we will make it right. Whether it means sending it again or sending you a refund.
