I live in the Lawrenceville, GA area. Can I come pick up my order from your store?
Absolutely. We offer in-store pick up as an option at check out. Pick up is a great option during the busy holiday season. Plus, we would love to see you!
Does your online store reflect what is in your shop?
Yes! We try to keep our website as up to date as possible. If want to make sure something is in stock please call us at 770-910-7927 during business hours.
What if what I receive isn't what I ordered?
We will be happy to make anything right for you. Double check your order confirmation email first If it doesn't match the shipment and it is our mistake, simply call us at 770-910-7927, or fill out the form on our contact page. We will be happy to talk to you about it.
What is your return policy?
Due to the bulk of our items being perishable, and in compliance with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA policies), Nancy's Candy & Spice does not accept any returns on our products. If something goes wrong with your order we will make it right. Whether it means sending it again or sending you a refund.
Is purchasing from Nancy's Candy & Spice safe?
Absolutely. We do not store your payment information. When you place an order with us, any information submitted is securely encrypted and stored on secure servers. We will NEVER sell any of your information to third parties. We are a small business and would not risk ruining your trust.
Where is your candy section at? I can't find it online!
Our candy is not available for purchase during the summer months. We apologize for any inconvenience. The candy is still available at our physical location and will return online in September. This is because due to COVID-19 we just don't have the shipping supplies needed to keep candy from melting during the shipping process.
