But adding an extra boost via fresh herbs and spices means you will get an extra boost. Herbs are flavorful and can act as a natural filter for your body. Try adding these herbs and spices to your smoothies!


  1. Mint Leaves

Mint can assist with toxic build up which can occur in your colon and stomach. Mint is the herb to add when you are experience bloating.


2. Ginger


Ginger helps with inflammation and nausea. Ginger has a strong taste so add in very small increments.


3. Chia Seeds
