What you’ll need to get started:
-10 chicken wings -Nancy’s lime pepper seasoning -1-2 tsp olive oil -1/2 tsp salt -3/4 tsp ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Clean the chicken wings and sprinkle Nancy’s lime pepper seasoning over each one. Make sure you don’t overdo it! For the best results I recommend refrigerating the seasoned wings for two hours to allow them to soak in all the flavor.
Add ¼ tsp of salt (the rest will come later). Bake the chicken until fully cooked and crispy, should take about 45 minutes. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, mix the remaining salt, oil, pepper. And a dash pf additional lime pepper seasoning. Bathe the chicken into the mixture and let them soak for a minute.
