2 lb. boneless pork roast
2 lb. small red potatoes (cut in halves)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. Nancy's Italian Seasoning
2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 cup chicken broth
The slow cooker is such a great way to get a delicious meal on your family table without a whole lot of work. This recipe particularly involves minimal work, all you have to do is layer everything into the pot and turn it on. Place the pork roast in the slow cooker and arrange the cut small red potatoes around it. Add the spices & Italian seasoning on top.
Next, pour the chicken broth into the slow cooker. Place the lid on and cook on high for 4 hours, or low for eight hours. Slice the meat before eating.
