This is a great side dish to accompany any dinner you have planned! You haven't had good roasted potatoes until you have tried ours.
Prep Time: 2 Minutes
Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Here is what you will need to get started:
2 pounds baby red potatoes, quartered
2 teaspoons Nancy's Garlic Butter Seasoning
1 teaspoon fresh oregano leaves
2 tablespoons Lawrenceville Special Blend Olive Oil
1) Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. In a small bowl, mix together the oregano and garlic butter seasoning. Set aside.
2) In a larger bowl toss the potatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the potatoes. Toss to coat well. Spread potatoes out in a baking dish.
3) Bake for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown.
